Where can I park at the Henderson Pavilion and how much does it cost?
Complimentary parking is available adjacent to the Pavilion. Nearly 40 spaces are designated for handicap parking. Shuttle services will be provided for large events only.
What type of venue is the Henderson Pavilion?
The Henderson Pavilion is an outdoor concert venue, with canopied seating.
How should I dress for an outdoor concert?
Informal attire and comfortable footwear is appropriate. You may want to dress according to the weather. The temperature under the tent is around 7-10 degrees cooler than surface temperatures.
Is the Henderson Pavilion wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Henderson Pavilion is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). 25 Handicap seats available Elevator and ramps for access to seating Ushers available for assistance.
Are there special services for people with disabilities?
The City of Henderson supports the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Advanced notice may be necessary to ensure that appropriate accommodations will be provided. For full telephone, use Relay Nevada by dialing 7-1-1.
Is there a concession stand onsite at the Henderson Pavilion?
Concessions may be available onsite, depending on the performance. Also, depending on the performance, alcohol may be served at concessions for ages 21 and older. A Driver’s License is required to purchase alcohol.
Is smoking allowed at the Henderson Pavilion?
The Henderson Pavilion is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only permitted outside the gates or in the designated area on the lawn.
Are pets allowed into the Henderson Pavilion?
No. Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome in the Henderson Pavilion. We request the individual have proof of certification or a license for the service animal.
Can I bring a backpack or bag into the Henderson Pavilion?
Yes. Bags are permitted and are subject to search at anytime.
Can I bring outside food and beverage into the Henderson Pavilion?
Outside food and beverage is not permitted. One unopened bottle of water per person is allowed. Alcohol or coolers are also not permitted. Depending on the event, alcohol may be served at concessions for ages 21 and older. A Driver’s License is required to purchase alcohol.
Can I take pictures or video tape during the concert?
Flash photography is not allowed. Recording devices of any kind are not allowed.
Are lawn chairs allowed for lawn seating?
Personal lawn chairs are not permitted. Blankets are recommended. The Pavilion has a limited number of lawn chairs available.
