Ticket Information
Tickets to a Henderson Pavilion event may be purchased online via HendersonLive.com, by phone at (702) 267-4TIX (4849), or in person at the Box Office, located at 200 South Green Valley Parkway. The Henderson Pavilion accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, American Express, MasterCard, Discover & Visa. When purchasing tickets with a credit card, you must show a valid photo identification to complete the transaction. Personal checks are not accepted. A service fee may apply, depending on the performance. All tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and all sales are final. There are no refunds/exchanges. Events are held rain or shine.

Interactive Seating Chart
An interactive seating chart of the Henderson Pavilion is available for viewing prior to purchasing your tickets, allowing you to get a photographic view of the stage from a particular seating section of the Henderson Pavilion.
Will Call Procedure
Pre-purchased tickets may be picked up from Will Call at the Henderson Pavilion Box Office. The ticket purchaser must present a valid photo ID to pickup tickets in Will Call. Tickets cannot be left under a different name, unless ticket purchaser has made prior arrangements with the Box Office.
Children's Tickets
Tickets are required for all children 3 and over. Children two years and younger may enter as a lap child and do not require a ticket.
Tickets Purchased Online
If you purchased your tickets online and you do not have a printer to print your E-Tickets to complete your transaction, please visit the Henderson Pavilion Box Office with your photo ID and credit card used to purchase your tickets and an attendant will provide you with your tickets.
Tickets Purchased Via Telephone
If you purchased your tickets over the phone, you can either have the tickets emailed to you via E-Tickets or you can have them made available for pick up at Will Call during box office hours and the day of show. You must present a photo ID and credit card used to purchase your tickets.
Lost Tickets
If you lost or misplaced your tickets, please visit the Henderson Pavilion Box Office with your photo ID and credit card used to purchase the tickets. If you purchased the tickets with cash, a photo ID must be presented at the box office.
