Shakespeare in the Park

Coming to a neighborhood near you in October.

In response to the success of the 2012 event, the City of Henderson is once again taking its Shakespeare in the Park series on the road with another great production of one of Shakespeare’s most popular plays featuring the Las Vegas Shakespeare Company. The schedule includes a three Saturday tour, which begins October 5, at River Mountain Park. All performances begin at 7 p.m, with a green show one hour prior. Admission is complimentary. Play to be announced soon. Please check back periodically for updates.

This year's play will be The Comedy of Errors, a story of two sets of identical twins that were accidentally separated at birth. A full synopsis will be available soon.

The Las Vegas Shakespeare Company is a professional, non-profit theatre company that has presented an assortment of Shakespeare plays, as well as a variety of other performances, including the theatrical production of The Wizard of Oz at the Henderson Pavilion in May 2011.
