Henderson Heritage Parade and Festival

This April marks 55 years of rich tradition and history for the City of Henderson. Commemorating the joyous occasion will be the annual Heritage Parade and Festival in the Water Street District in downtown Henderson.

Other festivities include a pancake breakfast with the Mayor & City Council, a classic car show and festival.

Come out and celebrate Henderson’s heritage and vitality throughout the years. It’s fun for the whole family.

Parade

Over 100 entries including marching bands, special interest vehicles, floats and more will be dressed to the theme of “The Wonderful World of Music.” The parade will begin at 10 a.m. at Water Street and Ocean Avenue, concluding at Water Street and Victory Road.

Festival

After 35 years in Las Vegas, the International Food & Folklife Festival moves to downtown Henderson. Enjoy a day filled with a variety of festivities including world cuisine, hours of live entertainment, colorful costumes, crafts, kid’s activities and more.
